Chuck's interest in music began with drums and guitar late last century. He played with folks in the normal "garage bands" until he was introduced to the prospect of becoming a lead vocalist. As it turned out, Chuck found being a front person and energetically working with each crowd to be his best position with the groups has performed.
He has been part of several groups in the south east. From cover bands to groups performing original work branching through blues, classic rock, southern rock, and 80s hair metal, Chuck enjoys providing entertainment to crowds both large and small.
Eric started out with Guitar by stealing chances to play his dad’s guitar when he wasn’t looking. After being caught, more than a few times, his dad decided he’d teach him a few chords. After a few chords turned into a lot of chords and he was given his own for Christmas and took off from there.”
In the early 80’s, while in high school, Eric started playing in local bars with his first band The Western Connection, that was together for about 3 years. After two tours in the US Army, the music bug bit again and Eric re-entered the music scene touring on the road throughout the Southwest until the Blues called his name in Georgia.
If you asked him who his influences are, he’d say that it’s a smorgasbord of styles and genre’s, from Louis Armstrong and Benny Goodman to Jimmy Hendrix and Eric Clapton. He’s really a mutt when it comes to music style but has found that Blues and Classic Rock suits him best.
Kevin West is a Georgia native where he attended Ringgold High school. His musical journey began while listening to the oldies station while riding in his parents’ car. Early influences where Elvis, Chuck Berry and the Beatles. After he graduated in 1995 he picked up a bass guitar for the first time so he could jam in his buddy’s rock band. He had a lot to learn but he had caught the rock and roll bug. Influences expanded to Led Zeppelin, Guns and Roses, Metallica and Nirvana. In 1996 he began studying under Mark Ferguson, Legendary Red, Hot and Blue rockabilly guitarist, at the renowned Sound Post studio in East Ridge Tennessee. This is where he sharpened his skills as a musician and also developed his boisterous and energetic style of playing. In 1998 he moved to Knoxville to attend college but music remained a huge part of his life. He began playing guitar with various bands and musicians around town at clubs and coffee shops. His influences grew further with Bob Dylan, Neil Young, Widespread Panic and Government Mule among many others. In 2001 he graduated from college and moved back to Ringgold to settle down. He soon picked up his bass guitar once again to play in a friend’s rock band. This led to a collaboration with Nathan Love to write and record an original body of music. The compilation of rock songs were described as eclectic and innovative. The process of recording original
music was very valuable but more importantly it further fueled his love of playing the bass guitar. In 2005, with a desire to sharpen his craft and serve, he became the resident bassist for ten years at a prominent church. He arranged and performed Gospel and Contemporary worship songs at all church functions. Eventually, he would end up at Rock Bridge church where he plays bass to this day. In 2013, he began a new adventure playing in the Classic Rock and Blues band, Beats Workin’. For the next seven years they performed at many clubs and festivals around SE Tennessee and NW Georgia. In 2020, he continued his musical journey by playing bass in the Zech Dallas Band fronted by the ultra talented Zech Dallas. In March 2021, Kevin went back to his Rockabilly roots. He had the special privledge of filling in on bass for two shows with the fabulous Joe Finkle and the 7/10 splits. Today, Kevin is a member of the band Twisted Delusion. They are a wonderful group of highly accomplished musicians performing high energy Rock hits from the Seventies, Eighties, Nineties and More.
Tom has been at the drums off and on since 1986. He has played with a number of original and cover bands all across the southeast, some opening for national and international recording artists. Over those years, Tom's played 80's hard rock, to traditional, power, and thrash metal . His most original project was with Malviant, a band he had formed in 2012 until its hiatus in 2020.
Tom's other influences range from classic rock to jazz and Big Band, with drumming influences from Todd Sucherman, Van Williams, Gar Samuelson, Louie Clemente, Gene Krupa, and Buddy Rich to name a few of a long list.
Meet Dr. Grady: Dr. Grim Grady - Master of Ceremonies. He gets Twisted for a delusionally good time. We keep his jacket on or else he becomes a bit of a handful.
